Your details are safe with us
We use your details only to contact you about Sparkle and arrange our service. We never sell them or share them for advertising.
What we collect
- Families: name, phone, email, address, details about your home and the help you need, your visits, job lists, feedback and messages you send us (including voice notes and photos).
- Workers and applicants: the details in your application, your availability, your visits and hours, and, once you join the team, the details we need to employ and pay you.
- Logging in: your password is stored only in scrambled form. If you use "Continue with Google", Google tells us only your name and email address.
- Cookies: only to keep you logged in and remember your language. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Who sees it
Only Sparkle's management. A worker sees only what she needs for a visit: the family's name, address and job list, never their phone number. Families never see a worker's personal details.
We use trusted services to run the website and send emails (Vercel, Supabase, Resend and, for card payments, our payment provider). They keep your details for us and may not use them for anything else. We give details to authorities only when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them (for example, payroll records). Just email us.
